  • The specialist will assess which body systems (endocrine, digestive, nervous, etc.) have imbalances, identify opportunities for change, objectives, and priorities;
  • Body mass measurements and assessments are conducted;
  • Daily dietary habits are evaluated, dietary and lifestyle recommendations and plans are provided to achieve optimal well-being;
  • If necessary, laboratory tests are prescribed.
